The All - weather toboggan run "Alpine Coaster"
The new all-weather toboggan run "Alpine Coaster" next to the ropeway valley station North was opened in 2015 - a rapid adventure!
Enjoy unexpected views even during your 700 m long way to the top before you dash down the 1000 m long sledging run.
At a maximum speed of 40 km/h you cover the height difference of 140 m in just the blink of an eye. Pump up your adrenaline!

During the winterseason -as required- our Alpine Coaster runs daily from 11 am to 4 pm, independent of weather conditions. On rainy days our customized caps ensure to keep the guests dry without lowering the fun factor. The starting point of the Coaster is right next to the valley station in Bischofsgrün (northern side).
After major snowfalls or a severe frost period we reserve the right to a shortterm adjustment of our opening hours.
children aged 3 and above are allowed to drive as a front passenger.
children aged 8 and above are allowed to drive alone without an adult companion.
